This is BY FAR the BEST snickerdoodle recipe I have EVER tried! Absolutely wonderful and good enough to serve on any occasion, whether it be a dinner party for your mother in law (he he) or a Halloween party for the kids. Even for hubby's boss! These cookies were gobbled up by everyone in a matter of hours!!!

Cream of Broccoli Soup I

Every recipe I have tried for broccoli soup has been bland and watery, but this one is just what I was looking for. I used half and half and only 1/2 the onion suggested. Also, DO NOT omit the nutmeg. It makes the soup so much better! The taste is very similar to the broccoli soup served at Old Country Buffet. YUMMY!! If I could give it ten stars....... I would! Thanks William!

Seafood Pasta Salad

This recipe is just delish!!!! I'm sure it's the same seafood salad I had as a kid when we visited a restaurant in Baltimore. I had always wanted to have it again, and thanks to Linda, I now have it in my permanent recipe collection. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Apple Crisp III

This was very good and very easy! A little too sweet for me so next time I will add only half of the sugar. Reheated well in the microwave and was a warm and comforting dessert. Will make this again and again!

Kids-Only Pepperoni Pizza Bagels

I give this recipe 4 stars for its fast and easy steps. I made the mistake of putting the tomato sauce on the bagel before the toppings and they turned out soggy. I will make these again since my husband and son devoured them! Great taste! Good recipe!

Frost Me Nots

Tried these on my picky husband and he liked them. Good flavor but I may try adding some cocoa powder next time. Not chocolately enough for my taste, but that's just me. Good for packing in lunches or for a sweet treat to pick you up while doing housework

Glazed Pork Chop

Didn't like these as well as most glazed pork recipes. I used boneless sirloin pork chops and they were too dry. I will try them again with regular pork chops as I'm sure they needed the fat to keep them moist.

Eggnog Quick Bread

Very tasty and festive. I added some decorations to the top and the kids loved it. (Even my 5 yr old who doesn't care for egg nog). I baked it a bit longer than recipe called for since it wasn't completely done in the middle. If you are looking for cake, you won't find it with this recipe. This is a good bread that holds together well and is quite filling. I had it for breakfast a couple of times. Very satisfying!
