Cheese Straws

I made the recipe with the ingredients called for, but it wasn't doughy. I added 1/c warm water, about 1 Tbs oil, and some garlic salt for flavor. It was really good.

Cinnamon Spice Drop Cookies

Oh man! If you could only have smelled my house while these were baking. I could hardly wait to get them out of the oven. Perfect consitency. Not too fluffy or flat. Just a nice melt in your mouth piece of Heaven!

Hashbrown Casserole

Easy and delicious! I spread the hashbrown mixture on the bottom of the pan, then cooked breakfast sausage on top of that. Then I topped with cheese. I will make this again!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

This was so good! The enchiladas melted in my mouth. I took the advice of another review and added rotel instead of chiles and did not regret it! This was so good and will become a regular in my house!

Nonfat Sour Cream Cake Bread

This cake was somewhat dry. I wouldn't eat it by itself. I also couldn't tell if it was a dessert or a side dinner bread that is somewhat sweet. I probably won't make it again.

This is really good! I would add a little more cherry juice though. The cherry juice taste didn't come through enough for me with just the 1 Tbs. It still was good though!

Mini Cheesecakes I

It was a great recipe for an easy cheesecake. I didn't have much time to make a cake, but this was simple and tasted good. I didn't have the cherry pie filling or vanilla wafers, but I did make a crust out of ground oreos. For a great cheesecake that you have more time for, make Chantal's New York cheesecake.
