Canadian Molasses Cookies

Exactly what I expected. Had a little trouble getting the cookies off the baking sheet. Would recommend waxed or parchment paper.

Peanut Noodles

One of my favorite make-ahead dishes. Truly good as a hot or cold dish. I have added water chestnuts/cucumbers/celery or any seasonal vegetable to give it an added crunch.

Triple Fudge Brownies

Good flavor, but disapointed in the texture. These brownies are overly cakey. Best use would be for a cold or frozen ice cream torte or truffle.
