Fluffy French Toast

I've made this several times now and it has been a success every time. I also have reduced it for just two of us. I use a "super bread" which I get at our farmer's market - has raisins, cranberries, walnuts, seeds - and this works great with this. For three slices, which I cut in half after cooking, i use 1T flour, 1/4 c. milk, scant pinch salt, 1 egg, 1/16 t. cinnamon, 1/4 t. vanilla, 1/4 t. sugar. Excellent.

Dill Vinaigrette

I used EVOO instead of veg. oil, converted the dill to fresh, omitted the onion powder since I didn't have, used Dijon rather than dried mustard, reduced the sugar to 1 t., and I used the blender. Then I tripled it. It was great.

Island-Style Fried Rice

I used chopped up left over ham and chicken instead of the meats mentioned, and leek instead of the gren onion. I also added some chili garlic sauce - about 1 heaping t. It was really good.

Cranberry Chutney I

I split the difference between some of the reviewers' comments and the actual recipe and used 3T vinegar. Otherwise I made it exactly as per the recipe. It was great. It is wonderful as a side with the whole Thanksgiving meal, or on a sandwich with just turkey. I used a granny smith apple. Since it didn't say what kind of raisins, I had black ones and that worked fine. Thank you for posting it.
