Slow Cooker Casserole
only used 1 can of cream of mushroom and instead of garlic powder used one tablespoon of Paula Deans house recipe seasoning only used about half of the onion powder recipe called for and 2 (very large) chicken breast. Also used a can of no salt added vegall (liquid included) instead of frozen veggies and only 2 packs of ramen noodles. My family loved this! will be making again!

Mexican Casserole
This was very yummy! Can not find Ranch beans in my area so used refried beans instead & followed suggestions: cooked 1.3lbs meat w/ onions & 1 pk of taco seasoning mix (store brand). added 1/2 can whole kernal corn, 1/2 small can black olives, 1/2 small can green chiles. Layered meat then cheese then corn tortillas repeat ending w/ cheese. Very easy! cooked beef & Mixed in casserole dish the night before & put in fridge for Husband to bake the next day while I was at work! Crowd pleaser for my picky eating family!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
this was great! did not make any changes. don't expect your grandmas old fashion home made chicken n dumplings but for a quick weeknight easy meal for busy moms this went over very well with my hard to please picky eating crowd!
