I fry at least 20 turkeys for friends and family at Thanksgiving.

Brisket, Turkeys, Boston Butts, Ribs, Chicken, Steak and Chargrilled Oysters - in that order.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Our entire family loves my brisket. It is our favorite family meal with veggies. The fried and smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas is also a favorite.
My cooking triumphs
Scored the highest score in GA BBQ competiton in 2011 for my brisket. I'm on the Jack's Old South Wall of Champions.
My cooking tragedies
The first brisket that no one knew I cooked. It went immediately in the trash. This was before I went to Myron's class.
