Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties

These were very good. I used all the seasonings in the recipe, plus a little garlic and red pepper flakes, but only 1 lb of 85/15 ground turkey and it was very tasty. Next time I'll use a little less salt, and we're going to try them in for biscuits and gravy. Thanks for the recipe!

Lightning Gravy

This is awesome, because it's low fat, low cal, (for gravy!) and quick. I added a black pepper and a small pinch of ground sage. Thanks for the recipe!

South Beach Peanut Butter Cup

As so many have said, yum yum yum! Only one tbs of peanut butter is enough and it cuts the calories in half. I thought of re-freezing it because the texture was so soft, but I couldn't stop eating it to do so. Maybe next time, I'll make a batch in advance.

Chicken Broccoli Shells

I made this for myself and three friends, and there were no leftovers! I boiled and shredded the chicken breast and used two jars of alfredo sauce - one for the filling and one to pour over the shells. I will definately make this again.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

This recipe is very dense and creamy, but pretty awesome. You do have to love peanut butter. I particularly like the frosting, and will be using it in other recipes as well. Thanks!

Jimmy Dean Sausage Breakfast Pizza

I've made this for work celebrations and I got so many positive comments! I too leave off the peppers (not everyone may like them) and I use the refridgerated shredded hashbrowns. Just brown them ahead of time to make sure they're cooked through. The first time I made this I baked in as one large dish in a 13 x 9 pan, the results are more casserole-like, equally as delicious but takes about 45 minutes to bake.

Sugar Free Brownies

I was really excited about these, but they just didn't have any flavor. They were also only about 1/2 inch thick, too thin for the kind of brownies I like. The "frosting" is more like a pudding pie in a brownie like shell. I won't make these again.

Sour Cream Pudding Pie

This is so easy, and it tastes great. Try it with cheesecake favor (Jello makes it) instant pudding, and you have and instant no-bake cheesecake. I also have made it with "sugar free" instant pudding, you just have to blend it more throughly, it still tastes great! Thanks Diane!
