This was delicious with the changes I made. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think it would have been a bit bland without the modifications below: I used 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage. Instead of layering the ingredients, I saved time by mixing the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce, 1 cup sour cream, and about half of the cheese. I also added salt, pepper, and other Italian seasonings. I added the rest of the cheese on top, and removed the aluminum foil for about 5 minutes at the end so the cheese got lightly browned. I put this in a 9x13 pan but it was nearly overflowing, so I would suggest cutting in half or using 2 pans. It turned out really well and is great as leftovers too.
