Lentils with Tomatoes

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

This has turned into our FAVORITE fish recipe. I make extra sauce to drizzle over roasted cauliflower, broccoli and brussels sprouts that I've cooked with minced garlic and olive oil. Thank you. We absolutely LOVE this!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I don't know if anyone else has done this, but I substituted freshly picked YELLOW CROOKNECK SQUASH for the Zucchini. You'd NEVER know it! This was delicious!

Fried Cornmeal Mush

This brings back such delightful childhood memories! I've got a loaf of mush chilling in the refrigerator as I type. I've always fried it in bacon drippings and served with a chunk of butter and alot of salt and pepper. (Along with aforementioned bacon and fried eggs) That's going to be dinner tonite!
