This is a winner. Easy to make and it doesn't take too long. I did make a few alterations to this recipe to cut down on the fat. I used 1% milk instead of the heavy cream and cornstarch to thicken. I also just cut up the Turkey sausage into rounds so that I could control how much meat ended up on my plate. Next time I won't use as many chili peppers though. I found with a spicy sausage you don't need as many peppers. All in all a great recipe and my husband wants this in our regular rotation. Thanks a million!!
