MMMMMM so good, really reminded me of Chex mix seeds! Great recipe, I too doubled the spices & sauce simply because I love flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

My God-Father was Hungarian and I used to have this dish at his home as a child. This recipe taste EXACTLY like he used to make and brought back SOOO many memories! We aren't big fans of dumplings so we served it over shell noodles. YUM!!! Even makes great left-overs IF there are any! The family - even my PICKY kids loved it! Thank you for sharing this!

Cucumber Punch

VERY easy recipe for kids to make - my daughter made it and was SOOOO proud of herself. Could have been a touch sweeter for my taste but all in all a tasty treat. Makes a PUNCH BOWL FULL... We ate the cucumbers before storing leftovers in the fridge since other reviews said if left in they turn yuck.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This was my first attempt at an apple pie and my family and in-laws RAVED about it. Even the homemade crust was flawless - they said it looked picture perfect. Tasted wonderful. I was a little worried by pouring the filling over the crust but it baked up nicely. I brushed the uncovered crust with egg whites. I was also worried by how runny the pie was when we cut into it but it just hadn't cooled enough. Wonderful with vanilla ice cream!

Caramel Chocolate Cookies

Texas Ranch Chicken

I'm new to this cooking stuff but I tried this recipe and my family loved it! If I can make it...TRUST ME...anyone can make it. The chicken was so tender, it was great! Thanks Jan, you can make a cook out of anyone :)!

Chewy Gooey Cookies

I used only white flour, mini chocolate chips and because of a previous review - decided to cut the mini marshmallows into 4 pieces. I didn't have any difficulty in removing the cookie from the pan. I thought they were a little salty but otherwise GREAT! Thanks for the recipe. :)
