Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

I have been using this website for a few years and this is my 3rd review. I just don't get impressed easily. But these rolls are so delicious that I have to give it 5 stars. I followed the recipe to a dot (except for adding some garlic to the filling but I add garlic to everything). I LOVE IT!

Zucchini Brownies

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

Yummy. The trick is, you have to use very hot water for the dough. This way you you won't have to use any flour later to roll it out (the more flour the harder it would be). You can easily make it as thin as you wish. Definitely a keeper receipe

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes

Very moist and nutricious. I followed the receipe and the pancakes turned out great. I'm not a fan of pancakes but I did like these. Will make them again for sure.

Mexican Cucumber Salad

This salad is one of my favorite and I make it every week once I get my own tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden. It's a very tasteful and HEALTHY salad. Thank you for this recipe!

Seven Spiced Shark Steaks

What's up with all the WOW reviews and 4 stars. If you like it, give it 5 stars. I meant to use it on shark but I got to it too late and the fish spoiled. But I used tilapia instead and let me tell you, even my 18 month old and my 4 year old ate every single bite. Will definitely make it again (with garlic powder instead of garlic salt- just to make it a little healthier). AWASOME!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

One of the best salads I've ever had. I ommited the butter and toasted almonds and sesame seeds in the toaster oven. That's the only change I made. I'll be having it over and over. I already know that.
