Cranberry and Cilantro Quinoa Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2013
This is delicious! I used less than half a small red onion and it was almost too much! Start with less and add more if you like. Definitely must sit in fridge for a while to get full flavor.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2012
This carrot cake is fantastic! The only sub was I used half whole wheat and half AP flour, everything else exact. Thanks so much Brian, for sharing your Grandfather Sam's wonderful recipe.

Classic Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2012
Great recipe - moist and delicious! Couldn't find wheat bran so used Trader Joe's High Fiber Cereal (twigs). Soaking them in the buttermilk works great. Added 3/4 C chopped walnuts and a couple Tbs ground flaxseed. Used WW flour instead of AP. Left out the raisins. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks for the terrific recipe!
