Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Easy, delicious, and healthy! I didn't use quite as much olive oil, mostly because ran out! I recommend following directions and using a casserole dish instead of a deep cookie sheet (which I used to do). It's much easier to stir in a casserole dish. Also, I didn't put mine in the broiler. I just threw some foil on top, left it in the oven,and turned off the over. The cheese and parsley got all melty while I finished preparing the rest of dinner. It was good leftover too! I snacked on a few cold pieces this morning. Nom nom!

Slammin' Salmon
Delicious! I made this recipe exactly as written, except for the green onions (didn't have any). I put some salmon in the marinade before work and cooked it on the stovetop after work, so it marinated for about 9 hours. Like other reviews, I reduced the remaining marinade to make a sauce. I served the salmon with some sauce and chopped green onions on top. two great things about this recipes: easy to make the marinade ahead of time, and the flavor was very balanced, not one overwhelming flavor. I served it with Roasted Garlic Cauliflower (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Roasted-Garlic-Cauliflower).

Chili-Roasted Kale
Oh so delicious! I was looking for something crunchy but healthy. This fit the bill. I was making it as a side dish for an italian meal, so I used garlic powder instead of chili powder. Next time I'm using chili powder as written in the recipe, maybe to accompany spinach and black bean enchiladas and rice!
