My favorite things to cook
Italian is my favorite, with Mexican a close second. I love pasta recipes with chicken, white sauce and variable ingredients depending on how spicy I want to go. I started with a great chicken enchilada recipe from this site and have made it my own, adding additional ingredients.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My daughter and I almost never stick to the original recipe. We always add or change several things to improve it. (and it almost always works!)
