Baked Buffalo Wings
Great recipe for wings.
Per other reviews, I made sure the wings were very dry before breading, and let sit in fridge for around 3 hours.
However, when baking, I did half of my wings with dipping in the sauce then baking, the other half I didn't put sauce on until last 10 minutes. Flavor was about the same on both, but the ones that I didn't put the sauce on until the last 10 minutes came out way crispier than wings dipped in sauce before baking.
