Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2003
My family really liked this dish but thought it was a little salty as directed, next time I'll use regular garlic powder and skip the salt.

Red Pepper Soup

I loved the flavor of this and my picky mother agreed. It was an excellent start to a meal. Would definately make again and think it would be great for a dinner party.

All American Roast Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2003
My husband thought the flavoring was good but it was a little tougher than my usual roasts in the crockpot. Probably wouldn't make again unless I was pressed for time.

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2003
Recently made this for company and it was a bit hit. Substituted Cream of Chicken Dijon for the plain Cream of Chicken and it added a little more flavor. Also added frozen broccoli florets for the last 1 1/2 hours. Served with mashed potatoes this time and preferred them over rice or noodles.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2003
Due to time constraints, had to adjust the cooking time but it still turned out great. Cooked it uncovered at 500 degrees for 20 minutes and at 325 degrees for about one hour. Chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and extremely juicy. Everybody loved it including my 4 year old daughter who didn't want to try it at first but kept asking for more.

Amazing Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2003
My family loved this even with the changes I made. I used pork country style ribs and regular beer instead of porter(?). Careful of the grilling heat or time depending on your grill. High was a little too much and would keep it on the low end of time - 5 minutes. Used a local restaurant's bbq sauce, Sticky Fingers' Carolina Sweet and would definately use it again.
