Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

He liked it! He really liked it! My hubby who is a real steak & potatoes guy (and isn't really a good critique for food but I still have to live with him) doesn't really like pork all that much...but he liked this one! I didn't change anything and I think he really liked the raspberry sauce that was poured over the pork. Good deal!

Fresh Apple Spice Cake

I listened to the other reviews and doubled the spices on the recipes which made it very tasty. I also used cream cheese frosting to melt on the top and allow to drizzle down (right after removing from pan). The cake itself is good with or without the frosted top but is rather dense and BIG. A small piece was rather filling for me!
