Stovetop "Baked" Beans
Awesome idea!!! I did change 2 things (which is why it didn't get a 5 star) Instead of ketchup and hot mustard, I added BBQ sauce and a bit of hot wing sauce for kick. SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! And great heated up with cut up hot dogs mixed in.

Broccoli Rice Casserole
This was great! I made half of the recipe and had a couple of changes...I was planning on using california blend veggies, but realized that I took out the bag of broccoli stir fry veggies to thaw instead, so I put those in it! I used cream of mushroom soup only, used milk instead of water, added chicken to make it a meal. And put bread crumbs on top...very yummy!!!! My picky 5 year old is even eating it...kind of... ;o)

French Onion Soup I
This was so wonderful!!! I did change one thing... I put in 3 cans of beef broth and only 3/4cup of water. Very tasty!!! *I Had to add this, after making it again, I still used 3 cans of beef broth, and 1/2 cup of water, used a different wine this time, big difference, much better! The type of wine you get is important, because you can taste it quite a bit. I thought it really added something, because it didn't just taste like beef broth. This is a favorite of ours, for a special occasion, or just for something different!
