Chilaquiles III
What a great recipe for shaking up the breakfast routine in our home. This was very good. That it was quick and easy to prepare with ingredients I always have on hand made it very appealing. My changes included reducing the chile peppers to just one because I was feeding teens, but they suggested amping it up a bit so I'll use 2 next time. I also added pico di gallo at the end to add additional moisture to the dish because this is how we remembered it being served in restaurants. Thank you VCMARTINEZ for sharing your wonderful recipe that made for a very yummy breakfast and will be made again and again in our home.

White Chili II
Wonderful chili served with condiments: chopped onion, cilantro, dried red pepper flakes, and the cheese listed in the recipe. I prepared this as written with one exception; I used only 1/2 tsp. of the cayenne pepper so it wouldn't be overly spicy. Served this meal with a sweet cornbread, which rounded out the meal perfectly. This makes a big pot of chili making this cook a happy camper. Thanks for sharing Nancy.

Prego(R) Easy Meatball Parm Hero
This quick and easy hero sandwich definately deserves a "5" for ease of preparation, and it's delicious to boot. It just doesn't get any better than that. I used a 26 oz. jar of commerially prepared onion, garlic and herb pasta sauce along with 18 frozen, packaged Italian-style beef meatballs. I topped these with monterey jack and parmesan cheese (didn't have mozzerella on hand). This recipe is a keeper for sure and will be made again and again for a family who bugging me regularly for them.
