Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I made a 1/2 batch, (2 chicken breasts) & used crescent rolls instead of biscuits, wish I had used 2 cans!! So good! Seasoned the chicken with poultry seasoning, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and added more pepper when I put in the dough. Pressed the crescents into a ball and tore off in chunks & tossed into crock, added pepper to top left in for 2 hours. Took other "tweeks" into consideration and kept an eye on it; 30 min will NOT cook the dough. Two hours, PERFECTION. I will be making this ATLEAST every other week this winter. SO EASY. Thanks for sharing!!

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

I made this last night, LOVED IT. It is a HUGE portion though. I added 1 cup of chicken broth to the slow cooker because I was afraid that the chicken would get dried out. This added to the juiciness of the chicken when I shredded it and let it set on low for another half hour. Great Receipe, not salty at all and I love that it't low in fat and calories!! Will be making if for our next party.

Meatball Nirvana

Just (literally) made these, took them out of the oven and gave one to my husband. HE LOVES THEM. I made mine with ground chicken, and a bit smaller than 1 1/2 inches, then baked for 30 minutes. The only thing I would change would be to saute the onion a bit first cuz it is still a bit "crunchy", my husband says he likes it just as is, but I do like my onions a bit softer in a meatball. Great recipe, good kick to it with the hot sauce and pepper flakes.
