Pollo Fajitas

YUMMY!! I used chicken breast and a sirlion steak to make it a combo for guests. I also added cilantro and substituted lemon for lime juice. I never would have thought to use the ingredients though to make the base. I will use this again and again and again. My dinner guest also left with the recipe.

Easy Cheese Ball II

This cheeseball is really nice!! It went over very well at a get together. I did not have a ranch seasoning packet so I used the dry ingredients to the "Ranch DressingII" recipe found on the salads recipe page. I also recommend you use the toasted slivered almonds. They really make it something special.

Ranch Dressing II

Yummy!!! I have been waiting for a "from sratch" recipe for ranch dressing. I used all the dry ingredients in a cheese ball, it was really nice. I can't wait until I try this on a chef salad. Also, maybe to dip my pepperoni pizza in!!! thanks for the great recipe.
