Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2012
This recipe is very similar to the one you can find in, "The Ultimate Chinese and Asian Cookbook". I would recommend not wasting so much time with the steamin of the veggies. Go to the freezer section of Wal-Mart and buy their delux stir fry veggies, and defrost on the counter. I added in black mushroom sauce, Soy sauce and Chinese white cooking wine. Being half Asian, I already have most of these ingredients. The recipe in the coook book has 1/2 tsp of ground tumeric and ginger. 2 tps cumin and 1 TBS of ground coarinader (smells divine).

Love this recipe. I double up the Worcestershire and Hot sauce cause that's how we roll. I have even cooked these in the oven based on allrecipes burger's in the oven recipe. These are so good.

Taco Seasoning I

Dependable and all the ingredients were already in my pantry. Smells so good and works with tacos better than the store brought brands. A whole lot less sodium.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: May 26, 2012
Just made chicken breast from this tonight. This is slap your momma good. I didnt have white pepper - ran out of it and instead of the lemon juice, I used orange juice. I like the sweeter taste though. My friends loved it and made it for their parents, who in turned asked for the recipe. This is divine.

Spiral Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 26, 2012
I love this recipe. So easily modified to what you have in your home. I used stuffed olives and finely shredded Italian Cheeses. The dressing it what makes it delish. I loved this because I had everything in my pantry and didnt have to go out to purchase anything out of the norm.
