Classic Tapioca Pudding

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
Very thick! Not watery at all. I have tried a few recipes and this is it. Next time I will add a little more sugar (I have a sweet tooth) and I may have over cooked this a little on that final two minutes. But very tasty just what I was looking for! Thanks for a great recipe!

Serendipity Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
I had a hard time on which recipe I wanted to try. I was looking for something comparable to a certain sandwich chain. Well, I am so glad I tried this one!! I made 6 flatbreads to make a steak sammy. This is so good. I did use the grill to cook these and let me tell you, SO wonderful. Soft and chewy. The grill adds the perfect touch. Who needs the chain sammies? This is great!

Sticky Sweet Sausage Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
I just used a fully cooked Kielbasa sausage and used onion, and red pepper pieces with some pinapple chunks. We liked this and it was easy and tasty!(no marinade time) The sauce glazed the sausage and veggies nicely on the grill. Thanks for the recipe!!

These were great! I cheated and used the store bought peanut butter crackers already made. I did use the almond bark also. Soooo easy!

Kolaches From the Bread Machine

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
Very easy to make and real tastey if you add an icing of powdered sugar and milk after they cool. I found the bread not sweet enough without the icing.

Zucchini Bread IV

This bread is fantastic! I used 1/2 the oil and subbed applesauce for the rest and added the crumb topping (Only needed 1/2 the recipe for the topping) and this bread is outta this world! That was the only changes. THANK YOU!

Vegan Whole Wheat Biscuits

Reviewed: May 7, 2013
I made these yesterday without any high hopes, but boy was I impressed! I even received high praise from my picky eaters. I used skim milk in place of the almond milk and only about 2/3 c. since it is not as thick, and read the reviews about these not rising much and added about 1/2 TBS vital wheat gluten. I was very happy with the outcome. I was looking for a recipe that didn't use shortening and this is IT! Thank you for a great recipe!

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
Pretty good! I loved this with some grilled chicken. My daughter and niece did not like this though. They don't know what they were missing! I didn't have the Cilantro and I used kidney beans instead of the black beans. That is what I had on hand.
