Tiny Tarts

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2003
These are very good! I made them wanting something new to add to my trays for the holidays. I used my small scoop to put the dough into the pans, and then I used it for the filling. This makes things go a little faster.

We tried this last night! It was great! Didn't cover the salmon taste but definetly had a little zip! My hubby doesn't like anything to spicy but liked this! Worth the try. Will make again.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

This chicken had great flavor! It was a snap to make and was great with rice. Didn't have a lot of sauce for the rice but the flavor of the chicken carried it through. Great recipe!

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
Hubby said this was a keeper!! I kneaded in more flour after the rise. And let it rise again (total of 2x) because we weren't quite ready to make the pizza's. Turned out great. I halved the dough and made to thin crusts that I just rolled out on the pizza stones. Nice and crunchy and firm. The crust held up well with the weight of the toppings. Thanks for this healthy recipe!

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

Great bread! I didn't use the chopped onion..I also didn't need that much flour, my starter must have been thick. But this bread was wonderful, light and soft, I will make this again!

Classic Tapioca Pudding

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
Very thick! Not watery at all. I have tried a few recipes and this is it. Next time I will add a little more sugar (I have a sweet tooth) and I may have over cooked this a little on that final two minutes. But very tasty just what I was looking for! Thanks for a great recipe!
