S'mores Crumb Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
The crumb part didn't hold together as much as it should have, but all in all this pleased my two girls...Not as good as the campfire version but nothing ever tastes as good as it does in the mountains!. Keeper recipe..Thanks for the recipe!

Sophie's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
This was a good recipe. the bread was nice and moist. Baked up nice, not a hard crunchy crust like some other recipes. I did use the 1/2 oil and 1/2 applesauce method to cut the fat..Thanks for the recipe!

Vanilla Ice Cream V

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
I heated the half and half, cream, and sugar until the sugar was dissolved and put it in the fridge over night. My maker is the hamilton beach one where you freeze the canister. (1.5 qt.) I scaled this to 8 servings. And BAM! it was done in 20 minutes! This tasted fabulous also..Thank you for posting!

Serendipity Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
I had a hard time on which recipe I wanted to try. I was looking for something comparable to a certain sandwich chain. Well, I am so glad I tried this one!! I made 6 flatbreads to make a steak sammy. This is so good. I did use the grill to cook these and let me tell you, SO wonderful. Soft and chewy. The grill adds the perfect touch. Who needs the chain sammies? This is great!

Raisin Puffs

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
I used dried cherries like a fellow reviewer. These cookies taste good! My dough was a little crumbley, so the cookies turned out chewy instead of cakey..Which is fine as long as they are soft!! And these are soft. Thanks for posting this recipe!

Pork Chalupas

This was good and made a ton! I think it needed some more spices, it was a bit tame. We ended up chopping up a hot pepper and adding that!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Taste was good, but these turned out really flat and kind of oily for me. Maybe it has to do with the the high alt. but they tasted good.

Great cookies! My daughters didn't care for them, but I loved them! In my opinion they taste better a day or two later though. I didn't add raisins, but did add M&M's instead.. Thanks for a great recipe!
