Loga's Microwave Chicken

Very tasty , easy, and quick! I made it with drums and thighs, and made extra sauce (for the amount of chicken I used). I turned the chicken over after 7 minutes. I found that 12 minutes did not cook the chicken all the way; cooked it 4 more minutes. Nice with brown rice.

Beef Tips

This was wonderful! I was looking for a recipe just like this for making freezer meals. I used chuck steak which worked great. The gravy was rich and flavorful. Also served it over mashed potatoes - yum!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Loved this! I did decrease the butter and increased the curry like some have suggested. I added carrots and potatoes to the pan, and covered it with foil for the first 40 minutes, starting with the pieces skin side down, then turned them over after I removed the foil. I loved the carrots with the chicken, but will try serving the chicken with rice next time.

Grammy's Overnight Lasagna

This was easy and delicious! I did add onion, garlic, basil and oregano to the ground beef while it was cooking. Also added some cooked carrot to add to the veggie content (and you can't tell at all). Next time I might try to make it three layer if I can figure out what pan I could use. Thanks AuLait for the recipe!

Flatlander Chili

I didn't have the green pepper to add, and used a combo of canned diced tomatoes and tomato sauce instead of the juice, and used home-cooked black and red beans with some of the juice. This is great recipe; will be my go-to recipe from now on!!
