Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

I have made this several times since the first time and my kids and I are a huge fan of it. I have made some tweaks here and there but original recipe is still a big hit.

Garlic Potato Wedges

These were good. I added asperagus just at he end of cooking and covered them in the mustard sauce as well. I also used regular onions and added bacon. Very good! Although my kids wouldnt eat it at all.

Broccoli Salad

I have been making this for yrs now. But with a few differeces. I put sunflower seeds in it and no mayo just poppyseed salad dressing...yummy!

Pork Chops & Stuffing Bake

100% Amazing. These were so good, my kids are not picky at all and so of couse they love these. Been making them for a while but never rated. They make our table at least 4 times a month.

Tortellini Alfredo

I love love love this dish. And so does my family, from age 3.5 to 52. My super picky dad and 9 yr old daughter absolutely love it. Although I did not add the ham or peas both times I made it, it was still very tasty with just mushrooms (the first time) and tonight I added leftover cooked chicken yummy. So going to make this again......

3-Cheese Pasta Bake

I used this recipe as a base. Instead of mushroom or the cheese soup, I used cream of asparagusm yummy.Then I added gloves of garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, cooking herb and garlic cream cheese a little dry mustard. added with the milk and cheese, blended it all together with some fresh vegies and topped with fresh parm. I made it as written a few times and loved it as well, just decided to dress it up a bit.

Ham 'n Swiss Biscuits

Just made these and yummy. Although I used left over roast beef, fried a bit in some garlic onions and green peppers, added some swiss cheese. I also topped it with garlic butter, basil and parm cheese. It was fantastic. Will be making these again soon. Thanks for this.

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

I am not sure what happened when I made this, but it went hard, like really hard lol. The flavour was ok, not overly sweet or anything. But I went wrong somewhere even after following the recipe exactly. lol I rated it a 3 based on the flavour itself and not my mistakes. lol I will make again and see what happens next time, I like to try a recipe twice before I make my mind up.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

I did not care for this recipe. The chops came out so soggy and I followed the recipe exactly as written, cook time was way more then 20 min for mine. Will not be making this again.

Quick Chicken Enchiladas

I really enjoyed making this dish. It was the first time making and eating enchiladas. lol (ya I know) I think they turned out fantastic. I made a few changes. I added a can of diced tomatoes mixed with green onion peppers and celery ( I didnt have salsa) and I mixed it with chilli sauce and added the green chillies in. The rest was followed as shown. But it was nice and spicy and my 11 yr old 5 yr old and even my 14 month old, loved them.
