Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2012
Great!! I cut chicken into small cubes and saute with onion and garlic. I placed it on the half of tortilla, sprinkle with Mexican 4 Cheeses and cover with the second tortilla half. I skipped Ranch because I didn't have it. Will do again with Ranch! Thank you!

Perfect! Sprinkle sugar on top of plums before putting in the oven. I also made cinnamon cumbles and put them on top. Then baked for 40 min, and leave in the oven for another 15min.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2012
Delicious, the best chicken ever! Great, easy, and very tasty recipe! I made only slight modifications; I added 1 tsp chicken seasonings and fresh rosemary. Red wine vinegar instead of balsamic and no sezame oil. I cooked it 8h on low. The whole house smells great and meat falls off the bones!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Very yummy! I improved the recipe to my own taste with the following changes: I skipped the sour cream. I added a can of cut green beans and shreddered sharp cheddar cheese on top of chicken mixture, then crumbled crakers with butter on top. My husband at it all in two days!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2012
Great! I cooked it for 3h on high, shredered, and Wondra to make the sauce thicker, and cook for another hour on high. I used both cheap and expensive bbq sauce, and both turned out very well. I would even recommend to use the cheaper one.

Awesome soup! My husband who doesn't like soups at all ate double portion! I added ham instead of sausage, cook 4.5h on high in 7lb slow cooker. Then, I added a Wondra to make it thicker, 3 fresh rosemary, lots of pepper, and a little bit of basil, and cook for another hour on medium setting. Delicious!

Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2013
This is awesome! Super delicious! I used butternut squash, 1 sweet potato, 1 yam, 1 cauliflower, broccoli, brussels, and red peppers. I double the marinate and add 2tbsp of lemon juice. Next time I would add even more herbs and olive oil! Butternut squash, sweet potatoes, and Brussels turned out the most yummy. Make sure they are fully coated with marinade, and turn them every 10 min or so, otherwise they will burn. Enjoy!

Green Smoothie

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2013
I made this way: 2 cups kale, 1 cup frozen berries, 1 tbsp flax meal, 1 tbsp wheat germ, 1/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup orange juice. Pretty good, but I personally prefer eat kale with meal not in smoothie.
