Baked Zucchini

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
This dish was very yummy. I used recipe as is, except I used 2 zucchinis, instead of 1. I made the filling as stated, and it was way too much filling. I think halving the sour cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese would be sufficient. It was very easy to make and is a good side dish/appetizer. Next time I may try to make with ground sausage. Hmmm...that may be good.

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
This recipe is super easy to prepare, and that's why I loved it so much. I did exactly as the recipe stated, except I added some minced garlic on top of each pork chop. Also, the package of pork chops I had on hand were of different thickness/size, so I adjusted the butter/olive oil to each size. The pork chops were very tender. Next time I may add a little bit of chopped onion and mushroom with each pork chop to add a little bit of extra flavor. Also, yes, place the tin foil wrapped chops in a baking dish of some sort, because liquid will leak out. I will make again!

Sausage Pepper Skillet

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
I enjoyed this recipe! I used turkey sausage, and I added zucchini and broccoli to the green pepper, onion, and garlic mixture. I didn't have any red peppers, but I loved this recipe with the other vegetables added in. I never thought of cooking with italian dressing, but it definitely gave this dish a great flavor. The soy sauce is also a nice touch. I will cook this again.
