Fresh Fruit Cobbler

This bread had great texture, and my kids loved the taste. It had a nice flaky, crisp crust. I cut the recipe in half and didn't have any overflowing problems. I gave it four stars because, like the other user this isn't like the other portugese bread that I have had:) But a great dinner bread!

German Sausage Chowder

This chowder turned out PERFECT I didn't read the reviews until just now, but it was wonderful. They only thing I did different was add instant mashed potatoes (butter flavor) instead of whole potatoes, and because my boys like them I threw in some carrots. All 3 kids (3,4,&7) ate more than I expected, and hubby loved it!

Peach Raspberry Cobbler

So good! Perfect cobbler taste and texture. I didn't have raspberries, so I stirred in a little raspberry jam. Yumm!

Onion Bread II

I was looking for a milk-free bread recipe and found so much more!! This was great, soft moist bread. I didn't knead it, just followed the directions, the only thing I changed was put oat bran in with the flour (50/50) and that was MMMMMM... Delicious!!

Fun Taco Cups

This was a fun recipe, but I think that next time I woudld make the taco recipe with cornmeal biscuits and use the buttermilk ones for chicken, like a pot pie!

Baked Curry Chicken

WOW! This was just great! I made a double sauce recipe and put half over chicken for my husband, and half over tofu for me. I added a ton of veges when I put them in to bake and didn't even serve it over rice. It was spectacular!

Easy Lemon Cheesecake

My husband and I loved this recipe. It had great consistency, flavor and was super easy! It resembled our favorite recipe, Sour Cream Lemon pie but was easier and had less calories.
