Beer and Brown Sugar Steak Marinade

found the marinade of all time. the brown sugar is the key. instead of terryaki i use a combo of soya and worchister...and instead of pepper i use montreal steak spice. we love it. poke the meat with a fork and marinade overnight. wow....awsome

French Onion Soup Gratinee

the soup is great..i use sweet onion ans well as red onion. i also drain the onions after cooking..if not i found it to greasy...but wow...this is perfect. i found the one and only one!!! also play with the cheese...we use just basic moza and chedder

great as a meal or as a side to a great dinner. add more shrimp or ham or bacon, what ever you like. this is easy to make and the taste is awsome!!!

Crab Dip

This is fantastic, a huge hit to every party we take it to...we do add a little less crab meat as we found it a little much.....serve it with warm pita strips and or corn chips!!!
