Beef Stew VI
I think this is a great stew recipe and for my first time making stew, it was easy and came out great! It tastes a lot like my mom's, so it's definitely good! My kids turned their noses up at it at first, but then I think they secretly liked it bc they ate a lot more than we thought they would! I added the red wine like some reviewers suggested, other than that, I didn't stray much from the original recipe. I did put some Bisquik dumplings on top, just like my mom's...the kids especially liked that!
