Triple the Ginger Cookies

these are now my all time favorite cookies. I used to buy the Trader Joe's triple ginger, now I can make my own! I would not change anything on the recipe. Thank you Laria, this is a winner!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

One of the easiest and most delicious ways to prepare salmon. I did what others' suggested and cut the amounts of ingredients in half. It made plenty of sauce even like that. I will cut it to a third of what the recipe calls for.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Potato Salmon Patties

I made this recipe wondering if we were going to like it. I had made salmon patties before without much success. My fears were unfounded! This is a delicious recipe and I will make it again and again. I followed others' ideas and drained the salmon, the patties came out just perfect.

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV

I made this recipe last night.. my husband wasn't sure he even wanted to taste it... he ended up having TWO large servings!! It's delicious! I followed others' ideas and added peas and reduced milk to half amount. The croutons gave it a crunchy, enjoyable taste! A keeper, for sure!
