Burger or Hot Dog Buns

I have made these a couple of times and they have turned out great. I did things slightly different than the instructions state. Specifically, I proofed my yeast and let the dough rise for an hour before I formed it into rolls to rise a second time. Good flavor and texture overall and I will definitely make again.

Key West Chicken

This chicken is delicious and a quick solution to a weeknight meal. I grill it alongside pineapple which I soak in the same marinade and everyone loves it. I also make it ahead and eat it on a salad the next day. Overall a great recipe that I will make again and again.

Mayonnaise Biscuits

*Let me preface my review by saying that I cut back a bit on calories by using light mayo and 1% milk, so I wasn't sure what the end result would be.* They were very easy to toss together and in spite of my slight adjustments, were still delicious and fluffy. The texture was different than most biscuits, more like a cross between a dinner roll and a biscuit. I will definitely make these again.

Gingerbread Men

As other reviewers noted, this is a very mild gingerbread recipe. For me they were perfect because I prefer them with less spice. If you like a traditional gingersnap, you may want to find a different recipe. I thought the dough worked up perfectly. It was the perfect consistency and rolled out nicely. As a final note, I only cooked mine for 6 minutes and they came out nicely.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Very good muffins. I was out of eggs, so I used applesauce instead and added a bit more cinnamon to the topping. I made them as mini muffins and they were delicious and moist. They had a strong banana flavor, which I liked, but if you are looking for a more mild flavor you may want to try another muffin.

Apple Cake III

I made this for a group and everyone loved it. The major change I made was to make my own apple pie filling instead of canned (apples, cinnamon, sugar, and a bit of flour). I used more than apples than what would have been in canned filling. Other than that I really liked this. It was moist and tasted very much like a coffee cake.

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

Great recipe! I followed other reviewers' advice and added vanilla, increased nuts to 1.5 cups, and added the nuts at 300 degrees. This was a perfect amount of nuts and I think if they were in any longer they would have burned. Really great, though, I am making them again for Christmas goodies :)

Brie Cranberry and Chicken Pizza

I was wholly unimpressed. It was decent for a couple bites (so maybe as an appetizer). But I couldn't even finish a piece. I basically thought it was a waste of Brie.

German Pancake

I love a German pancake and this recipe is fool-proof. The syrup is very rich and delicious with a caramel-like flavor. I have actually made the syrup and served it over pies and desserts, which seems to work well.

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Fruit Dip II

I have been making this dip for a while. I usually use whipped cream cheese or else I add a tablespoon of milk to the cream cheese so it is a bit fluffier. It is very yummy and easy, and everyone seems to love it. As a side note, I have also used this as a base on fruit pizza and it is delicious.

Easy Ice Cream Cake

Very very easy and yummy. I made it for a teenage birthday party and everyone loved it. I added caramel sauce and pecans. On the top i sprinkled a crushed, frozen snickers bar.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

I thought this was very good. I pounded my chicken pretty thin and let it marinate overnight. It broke down the meat quite a bit, and I was worried that I had let it marinate too long, but when i cooked it, it was perfect. very tender and flavorful. I had 5 guys over for dinner and they couldn't stop raving about it.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Very good, and different from how I usually roast my chicken. I let the chicken sit in the fridge with the rub on it overnight (probably about 30 hours). Delicious.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chicken Seitan

As far as seitan goes this is pretty good. I have tried to make seitan a few times and this was definitely the best one I've tried (easy and similar in taste to the store-bought kind. I didn't use the dashi kombu because I live in a rural area that doesn't sell it; it still turned out pretty good.
