Super fast, super easy, SUPER delish!! These have become a Christmas candy favorite in my family. I use Diamond brand glazed pecan halves, which are a treat by themselves, but really add just a little extra oomph to this chocolately, gooey goodness!

Ok, prep time was WAY longer than 45 minutes. We normally eat a late dinner, but I started this at 7:30 and didn't pull it out of the oven until 11. Needless to say, we ordered pizza and had this for dinner the following night. I popped it back in the oven at 350 for about 35 minutes, until the sauce was bubbly. It was really good! DH liked it better than I did, but I think that's because I was bitter about the cooking time ;-) I did add a layer of potatoes to the bottom, but otherwise I didn't change anything. Because of the prep time, I probably won't be making this again for awhile.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Loved this dish. I modified slightly due to ingredients on hand. I chopped up leftover rotisserie chicken (which had been seasoned with the rub from the Roast Sticky Chicken recipe on this site), used Tony Chachere's seasoning in place of seasoning salt, chopped walnuts instead of pecans, and omitted the green peppers. The only issue I had was keeping everyone out of it for an hour while it chilled!

Spaghetti Squash I

AWESOME! We tweaked this recipe just a little to better suit our preferences - We added chicken, omitted the olives, and substituted mozzarella cheese and dried basil. This dish was even better reheated for lunch the next day! Thanks, James, for a delicious recipe!

Garlic Chicken

Loved this dish! I, at the recommendation of others, used italian bread crumbs, added more garlic and spiced it up with crushed red pepper. I will definitely be making it again in the near future. Thanks for sharing! :)
