Turned out great, although I had to make the following adjustments based on what I had on hand. For sauce I used 2 Fat Guys BBQ sauce - approx 8 oz, Trader Joe's Caesar Parmesan dressing - approx 1/4 cup, 1 tsp brown sugar. Chopped up garlic and put that on the chicken, then poured the sauce mix over it. Used 4 thawed chicken breasts, cooked on low for 1 hour, high for 3 more, shredded the chicken, added the rest of the jar of the 2 fat guys bbq sauce, and cooked 1 more hour on low. (BTW, shredding the chicken made a world of difference, it soaked up all the watery sauce and adding the extra sauce gave the perfect ratio of meat to sauce) Everyone loved it!
