Great recipe. I used a roasted chicken from the supermarket and shredded it. Then used a good chicken stock as the base which replaced the first part of the recipe.

Holiday Brie en Croute

Excellent! Brought this to a family party and it was gone within minutes. I used apricot jam and cranraisins. No need to soften them in water. So easy and transported well. Be sure to bake it in the dish you will be serving it in as it is hard to transfer once baked.

Fabulous! What a great combination of flavors. I brought this to a brunch and everyone asked for the recipe. Well written recipe for those scared to attempt a souffle. Do not change a thing !

Irish Cream Creme Brulee

I made this on Valentine's Day and it turned out perfect. The irish creme gave it a nice flavor. I was on a time limit so I put the oven at 375degrees and baked it for 15-20 minutes. Let sit in the water bath for 15 minutes before putting the ramekins in the refrigerator. Used a torch to melt the sugar. Very yummy and rich!

Easy Pavlova

OMG! This is the best desert and have made it so many times with requests for more. I use fresh fruit in season to change it up. I especially like this in the summer time when I can use fresh strawberries and blueberries. After baking the meringue, let cool completely before you put the the fruit and whip cream on it or else it will melt the whipped cream. I also use the canned whipped cream when time is short.

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

This recipe is great as is! My only advise would be to chop up everything BEFORE you start cooking the sauce as everything comes together quite quickly. I put almond slices in the food processor instead of mincing them by hand. Found the halibut at my local fisherman's market so it was very fresh. Served with Jasmine rice and steamed asparagus. This is definitely a KEEPER recipe!!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

I have been using this recipe for two years now. If I do not have the fresh carrots, I use frozen sliced carrots or frozen peas & carrots. Tastes great and is so easy to make especially when the cold/flu season hits!
