Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
Made this last night for Valentine's Day and it was absolutly AMAZINGGGG!!!! I am not a cook and thought I was going to have a hard time with this since risotto is supposibly not an easy dish, I was wrong. Didn't use any pepper and a pinch of salt. I can't wait to make it again. I put this on a side with steak and asparagus with pine nuts & cranberries ( another recipe I found on the side which is also delicious). I am looking forward to cooking my next meal now :)
