Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip
Really tasty! I added some white wine during cooking and just a hint of nutmeg. Note - drain the spinach very well, wrap it up in paper towels and really squeeze it.

Whipped Carrots And Parsnips
Absolutely delicious. I used olive oil and Smart Balance because it was what I had on hand, and it turned out so good. I also didn't blend completely to leave a bit of texture.
