Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Muffins

Really good! I definitely needed to double it! I added an extra banana, substituted butter for apple sauce ,(because we did not have any), added more milk, and added some cinnamon and salt. (I read some reviews) Loved the oats in it, it added a different texture that I liked. I also baked it in a square pan. Can't wait to bake it again! (As muffins, possibly doubled. )

Pumpkin Bread IV

I made it WAY healthier and it was still fabulous. We used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose, 30 oz of pumpkin, cut the sugar in half, reduced the oil to 1 cup, and added chocolate chips. I had to grind my own nutmeg and cloves, the fresh spices may have helped a lot with the flavor. I will make this monthly for my kids for snack, good way to get more pumpkin into the family.
