I'm rating a 3 because all of the trouble other reviewers had happened to me. I made the recipe exactly as stated. It came out of the fridge way too sticky. I tried powdered sugar on parchment, flour on the cutting board, got frustrated and stuck it back in the fridge. Not wanting to waste a batch of dough I went back to the reviews for a solution. The one that helped was a recommendation to use A LOT of flour when rolling out. That fixed the rolling problem. However, if you roll the dough thin the cookies keep their shape, but they turn dark brown on the edges at 7 minutes. I guess you must bake only at 5 minutes and check on them. If you roll the dough thicker the cookies are just right at 7 minutes, but their shape is then distorted. I will say that they tasted excellent and I was able to ice them.
