Sloppy Joes II
Have made this recipe twice in two weeks (hubby's request). I used a combination of Bullseye Original BBQ sauce and ketchup, and I use ground turkey instead of beef. That saves you the step of draining the meat, because turkey doesn't make a lot of juice. Plus, it adds more flavor. I also added some crushed red peppers for a little heat. Yummy!!! Oh and I double the sauce. Just wasn't sloppy enough...lol

Fluffy Pancakes
Best pancakes ever!!!! (Just don't tell my mom...) And using actual buttermilk is better. I had to try them both ways to see if you could taste the difference, and it's a small difference, but it's definitely worth buying the buttermilk for.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
My guy is still raving about this meatloaf, and I cooked it 3 weeks ago. I used other viewers advice and used bbq sauce instead of ketchup. I also only had unseasoned breadcrumbs, so I spiced those up a bit and used shredded colby/monterey jack cheese blend. And yum!!!!!
