My Best Clam Chowder
Other viewers use nacon for extra flavor, but I used some smoked turkey wing to add some flavor and less fat. Believe it or not, it worked like a charm. Whenever I don't have red wine vinegar, I just sub some white wine (Moscato) and it's just as good. Most of the time I add shrimp, scallops and oysters also. My husband loves this, and I'm quite fond of it as well.

Sloppy Joes II
Have made this recipe twice in two weeks (hubby's request). I used a combination of Bullseye Original BBQ sauce and ketchup, and I use ground turkey instead of beef. That saves you the step of draining the meat, because turkey doesn't make a lot of juice. Plus, it adds more flavor. I also added some crushed red peppers for a little heat. Yummy!!! Oh and I double the sauce. Just wasn't sloppy

Fluffy Pancakes
Best pancakes ever!!!! (Just don't tell my mom...) And using actual buttermilk is better. I had to try them both ways to see if you could taste the difference, and it's a small difference, but it's definitely worth buying the buttermilk for.
