This recipe is delicious! My husband and two boys loved it and gave it two thumbs up :) My 3-year-old said it was better than macaroni and cheese ... that's quite a compliment :)

I added chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon, and divided it into two smaller loaves but otherwise followed the recipe as stated. Delicious, moist, banana-y goodness. :) Thanks for sharing!

Butterscotch Oatmeal

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
Holy cow! This is amazing! I didn't know I could get so excited about an oatmeal recipe. Absolutely delicious! I made a double batch so I would have some left over for tomorrow. I kept the brown sugar to 1/2 cup for the double batch and it was perfect. Added a 1/2 tsp of vanilla and some cinnamon too, just because I love those flavors. Thanks for giving such a terrific, custardy oatmeal recipe!

Delicious! I did it a little backwards and used 4 cups of rhubarb and one cup of strawberries, but it is still awesome and has great flavor! Thanks for the recipe!

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
Deeeelicious! My husband loves them too! A great treat with ingredients I have on hand. My husband said they are better than donut holes because you get the crispy outside without all of the cakey texture -- the best part of the donut! :)

DELICIOUS! The only thing I changed was to omit the walnuts and add an egg. It was absolutely wonderful! My husband wanted to eat the whole pan. Thanks for a great recipe! I will definitely be making these again.

My Grandma has been making this for years, every Easter! Easter isn't the same without it. I love how light, airy and lemony this is --- like a lemony cloud! So delicious!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
This was absolutely delicious! It makes a lot, but we enjoyed having the leftovers. I didn't add the spinach to the whole batch, but added it to each bowl individually as we heated it up. Very tasty! My husband loved it! I looked like a star cook. :)

Dried Beef Cheese Ball

This has become a holiday tradition for us! My husband loves this cheese ball and drools over the idea of having it at Christmas. :) I don't use the MSG. I do shape it into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Delicious!!!

Southwestern Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: May 30, 2009
Delicious dressing!! I had already mixed together a salad of bow tie pasta, diced chicken, carrots, celery & red onion, corn, peas, cilantro, and a can of ro-tel. I came on here to find a dressing to toss it all in and I stumbled across yours. Delicious! I don't normally review on recipes where I've changed a lot of ingredients (because then I'm not really rating the recipe), but I just had to commend you on the dressing and how nicely it fit with my southwest salad. Thanks for sharing!

I thought this was really good and I liked not having to cook the squash for an hour. I cut it up in small chunks like others advised and it worked out great! Thanks for the recipe :)
