Tiramisu Angel Cake

While we enjoyed this cake, I would've liked to have a bit more coffee flavor. Next time will probably change a few things around to fit my individual taste. I also used a few lower calorie substitutes that brought down the calories a bit...but it still packs a rich, desserty punch. Great "tiramisu" dessert.

Family loved it. Made a glaze from one of the comments just as a personal preference...but it was gone so fast I hardly knew what happened. Thank you so much for sharing...we've switched!

This recipe is amazing. I decided to make 4 different fillings with the base filling (sans raisins). I had apricot preservers and brown sugar, chocolate chips, dates and then plain. All of them scrumptous. The recipes was so easy! Really yummy!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Made this tonight for dinner. It was liked by all in the family...even the picky one. I used dijon mustard only and think I would like to add a little yellow mustard just for a little bite. I also took the advice and only added half of the paprika. Will be making it again!

Make-Ahead Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This turned simply scrumptious. I sort of miss a more streusel topping but still it was delightful tasting. The streusel would only be a texture thing. Making sure not to over mix it is key I think. Oh...and the nutmeg was so good, I've missed as I haven't made anything with it since the holidays...I just love it.
