Curry Split Pea Soup
Very good soup. For me, it ended up needing 12 cups of water because I used 2 to blend the veggies. From reading someone else's review, I used 1 teaspoon of salt because bouillon cubes also have salt in it. I also used 1 teaspoon black pepper because curry has some heat to it and I didn't want it to be too spicy. I didn't add any cayenne pepper at all. I used a whole 16oz bag of peas because after 2 cups there was only about 1/4 left. It turned out awesome....Everyone loved it! I've already passed on my revision of the recipe to 3 people.

Aimee's Quick Chicken
One of the best quick meals I've had in a long time. I made 2 large bone in chicken breasts which I seasoned for about 30min before cooking. I replaced the Dijon with 2ounces French's classic yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons mayo and several dashes of hot sauce. I used Yoshida's original sweet & savory sauce in place of the teriyaki. It came out amazing!!! I can't wait to make it again.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
After reading the great reviews, I decided to give it a try....with some alterations. I added all the dry ingredients with boiling the chicken(used 2 bone in chicken breasts and chicken sausage) so I can adjust the taste if need be when everything is combined. When I combined everything I added all of the broth instead of the 5 cups along with a can each of black & red beans and 1 cup tubettini pasta(I added the last 5min). It came out awesome!! Everyone loved it and not only do we have food the the next day but it was enough to freeze a big bowl. Thanks Catherine!!
