Fudgy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2013
Wow, these are either the best muffins I have ever made or I was really craving chocolate badly, LOL. Maybe both. I added two extra tablespoons of cocoa and a teaspoon of baking powder and did not add the cinnamon. These are just so delicious. Five stars for sure.

This is very good fudge. I did add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of maple extract and an extra half cup of walnuts. It gets better after a few days.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
This is a delicious cake and so easy to make. I did increase cocoa to 1/2 cup and decreased flour to 1 1/4 cups. Since it was in a loaf pan I did not add frosting.

This is an excellent recipe. Plenty of chocolate flavor. I did frost them with melted white chocolate for a nice flavor contrast.

This is outrageously delicious fudge. The best fudge ever, and I have made plenty of it. I would say, don't change a thing and it will be perfect. I will definately make again.

Peanut Butter Fudge III

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
This is really good peanut butter fudge. I made it twice for Christmas. I used butter instead of margarine and a cup of miniature marshmallows instead of marshmallow creme. I also put this in a 9 inch square pan instead of a 9x13 inch pan so it would be thicker.

Orange Raisin Muffins

These muffins are so good. Perfect orange flavor. I did cut back the salt to 1/2 teaspoon and did not add raisins. I may try golden raisins the next time.

Tasty Orange-Oatmeal Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
These are very good muffins, not too sweet. Next time I will just make 9 or 10 because they were very small, and also replace part of the milk with yogurt.

Applesauce Raisin Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
I just made half of the recipe and it was plenty for a small bundt pan. I was wanting something spicy and this cake was perfect. No icing needed, I just sifted powdered sugar on top after it was cool.

This is a great bread recipe for the bread machine. I use two cups of AP flour and one cup of white whole wheat flour instead of bread flour. This is delicious bread and is excellent for french toast.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
This is a great recipe, always very moist. I use 1/2 cup homemade yogurt and 1/2 cup milk instead of all milk. Maybe that's why it is so moist. I always add a teaspoon of vanilla.

Lemon Yogurt Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
This is a great lemon muffin recipe. I use my own homemade yogurt. I always add at lease one extra tablespoon of lemon juice in the batter and do not add grated lemon peel in the topping.

I love granola bars and this one of the best recipes. I always add some chopped walnuts. Also good if you add coconut, and then I do not add the cinnamon. I have made these several times.

Delicious bread. Just cut back a little on the sugar. This bread stayed moist for as long as it lasted. Great with cream cheese. I will make again.
