Creamy Herbed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2014
Only used 2 pork chops but kept the other ingredients the same. I did not use the instant beef. I found the sauce a little spicy (? steak spice), Served with mashed potatoes and snap peas. Husband says the recipe is a keeper.

Cream Cheese Squares

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2014
Excellent. I made an error as I baked the bottom layer for approx 7 minutes before the cream cheese was layered on. I also pureed a few fresh strawberries and layered them on top of the cream cheese. Will make again. Looking forward to trying different fruit with this dessert.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Dijon Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2014
Followed the recipe as written except did not cook the mushrooms in the slow cooker and I used a pork roast instead of the tenderloin. I put baby carrots in the crock pot with the roast. Very nice flavour and will make again.

Made as written, loved it. Baked in a convection oven at 275° in one hour. The recipe for the frosting can be cut in half as it makes a large amount. Will make again.

Honeyed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2014
Love this recipe, have made it many times, always a family favorite. Have cooked it as written but have also used the crock pot, either 4 hrs on high or 7 hrs on low. The gravy is great either on rice or mashed potatoes. You can thicken the gravy but it is not necessary. Try this recipe you will not be disappointed.

Stuffed Strawberries

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2014
My husband and I liked the cream cheese but, I had trouble getting the cream cheese into the strawberries. I finally gave up and cut the strawberries in half and just put the cream cheese on top. Tasted great but the presentation was not pretty.

Ultimate Chocolate Dessert

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2014
Excellent. Takes only a few minutes to make. I made this for Valentine's day dinner, I made it the day before . The only change I made was I omitted the instant coffee I do not like coffee, and I made 2 servings not 4. Very rich, I love chocolate and I had trouble finishing a serving. I will definitely make again.

121 Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2014
This is great. Will not be buying whipping cream in the can or cool whip again. It takes only a few minutes to make and tastes so much better than store bought brands. I did chill the bowl and beaters for 30 + minutes prior to making whip cream.

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2013
Excellent:-) I have made this cake twice , the first time the cake fell apart trying to remove from bundt pan ( cake was a little to hot still). The second time I let the cake cool longer and it came out perfect. The cake was very tasty both times. The first time I made the cake I used 100 ml greek blueberry yogurt and then used sour cream to get the 1 cup needed. Will definitely made again.

Very easy. Do not skip using the white sugar, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Will be saving this recipe to make again.

Shredded Beef

Reviewed: May 11, 2013
Very nice flavours, only complaint is I thought is was too watery. Once I placed the meat back into the slow cooker after shredded it with all the seasonings, I added all the water, next time I will only add 1/2 of he water..
