J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
First time I make bisquits EVER (never even made them from a BOX!). I'm a novice cooker, but I know how to keep instructions, so that's what I did. And I watched the video. I used a regular glass cup, about two inches in diameter, and that gave me 13 lovely bisquits! They were not huge, but they were PERFECT. My oven is gas, so it's hard to regulate the temp., but the bisquits still came out great. NOTE: I read and applied a tip that helped-- when lifting cookie cutter or cup, be sure to lift it straight UP, instead of sort of twisting it off. The twisting creates like a seal that makes for not-as-fluffy a rise. Also, I used fresh cream, since we have milk straight from the cow. My Ukrainian husband raved about them! Will def. be making again!
