Chicken Breasts Supreme
This is really good and so easy. Looks impressive too. I followed the recipe except that I use whatever cheese I happen to have. I think any good cheese would give you the same results. Like the picture, on top of egg noodles is really good. I like extra sauce on the noodles so I made the regular recipe with less chicken. I followed the recipe and did put the seasonings on the chicken before I browned it. Looked beautiful golden brown. Final result was just a little too salty so beware about salting the chicken.

Baked Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
This is addictive! So easy and comes out fabulous exactly as written. You do not need to make any changes to improve this recipe. I have made this several times. I have used whatever blend of cheese I happen to have at the time and it always come out just as good. I used kolby jack last time. Never skimp on the topping. It really does make it look great and taste great. I use the traditional "Ritz" crackers.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
This is awesome! I used this recipe exactly as written with no changes and it is great. No need to make any variations. No need to try any others. FYI, one large zucchini comes out to just about 2 cups. My husband had never had zucchini bread. I have now made this 4 times in the past 2 weeks because I have fresh garden squash. He absolutely loves it. Perfect snack, not too sweet, convenient to grab a slice and go. Try it while it's still hot with some real butter on it and you will be hooked. ( oops, I lied. I didn't have walnuts so I used pecans.)
